The following
is a list of some known issues. Please review before contacting us.
Shipping:
We ship UPS insured. Please
allow us time (usually 24-36
hours) to process and
package your order. Holidays
and weekends are not
factored into UPS ship
times.
Packaging:
We do our best to limit
problems, but breakage DOES
occur from time to time. If
your item has broken in
shipment, it is always
insured, so that we may
easily refund your money or
procure a replacement piece.
Let us know about the
problem, then give us some
time to interface with UPS.
Refunds will be made
immediately, replacement
takes a bit more time.
Incomplete
orders:
Ok, we do sometimes make
mistakes! Every effort is
made to ship your order
complete in one box, so if
something has been left out,
it probably means we missed
it. Please check your
shipment carefully and let
us know of any missing item
so we can ship it out to you
right away.
